HDI Los Angeles Chapter Sponsorship

Our sponsors are an important part of what we accomplish within our chapter. The money that you bring allows us to put on high quality events with industry-leading guest speakers. It provides visibility of your products and services to our membership and ecosystem partners who operate and provide IT services within the LA region. It allows an opportunity for you to connect face to face with IT decision makers, and advertise your products and services.
Please Note – Platinum and Gold Level Sponsorship's are good for one year from contract start date.

What Are Some of the Benefits?

Platinum Sponsorship ($2,500)
  • Only one sponsor per industry at this level (software, hardware, staffing, etc.)
  • Company logo and web links on HDILA chapter website.
  • Every email (minimum 12 per year) from the local chapter will have full acknowledgement of the Platinum Sponsor as “Proud Sponsors of HDILA” (Logo and link to company website).
  • Automatic ‘Sponsorship’ of HDILA’s Analyst and Desktop of the Year Recognition Event in December (same year as contract start date) at no additional cost to you (+ you’ll be able to give 5 minute presentation at that meeting, set up demo table, etc.). You may provide a branded item to be included in the giveaway bags for attendees.
  • Sponsor may attend all HDILA chapter meetings and bring five (5) guests (can be clients, customers, etc.) at no cost (regular meeting registration fee waived)
  • Sponsor may provide raffle prize to collect business cards / attendee information at any HDILA chapter meeting.
  • One (1) meeting (of your choosing and coordinated with HDILA) will be ‘Sponsored’ at no additional cost to you.
    • That meeting will be reserved for you to provide a speaker for a 45 minute presentation. The presentation should be industry relevant (not a demo of your product or sales pitch).
    • You will be able to give 5 minute “demo or sales presentation” at that meeting, set up table with information, laptop demo, handouts, etc.
Gold Sponsorship ($1,250)
  • Company logo and web links on HDILA chapter website.
  • Automatic ‘Sponsorship’ of HDILA’s Analyst and Desktop of the Year Recognition Event in December (same year as contract start date) at no additional cost to you (+ you’ll be able to give 5 minute presentation at that meeting, set up demo table, etc.). You may provide a branded item to be included in the giveaway bags for attendees.
  • Sponsor may attend all HDILA chapter meetings and bring five (5) guests (can be clients, customers, etc.) at no cost (regular meeting registration fee waived)
  • Sponsor may provide raffle prize to collect business cards / attendee information at any HDILA chapter meeting.

Dinner/Meeting Sponsorship ($250 - $500, depending on number of RSVPs)
  • As dinner sponsor, you will have 15 minutes reserved for you to provide a speaker or provide a demonstration or sales presentation.
  • Your company logo advertised on the HDI Los Angeles Chapter web site and also on our meeting/event materials for the meeting or event in which you sponsor.
  • Use of one promotional table at the local chapter meetings or event in which you sponsor.
  • An announcement of your sponsorship at the local chapter meeting or event in which you sponsor.
Raffle Sponsorship ($150 - $200)
  • As raffle sponsor, you will have 15 minutes reserved for you to provide a speaker or provide a demonstration or sales presentation.
  • Your company logo advertised on the HDI Los Angeles Chapter web site and also on our meeting/event materials for the meeting or event in which you sponsor.
  • Use of one promotional table at the local chapter meetings or event in which you sponsor.
  • An announcement of your raffle sponsorship at the local chapter meeting or event in which you raffle.

Terms of Sponsorship

  • Sponsorship year starts the first of the month following receipt of payment, and continues for one full year.
  • Sponsorship starts when payment is received by HDILA.
  • Platinum level sponsors will have industry vertical exclusivity – no additional sponsors from the same vertical will be allowed at the platinum tier.
  • If you are the dinner sponsor, please order all food in advance, and ensure timely delivery. Dinner should be ordered for 5:00 p.m. delivery. Drinks (water, 2 liter bottles of soda, etc.) should also be brought as well as ice.
